Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Website and our services. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Radiation Training offers a variety of e-learning courses and assessments online in radiation protection and safety for various industries. These services are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

2. Availability of the Website

On some occasions your access to the website may be restricted to allow for maintenance, updates or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will always aim to restore the services as soon as we reasonably can so that you can complete your course in a timely manner.

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Use the services only for personal and non-commercial use.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in any activity that would disrupt the services or the experience of other users.
• Not engage in cheating, plagiarising, or copying any course or assessment content.
• Have your images recorded and used in remote proctoring to confirm your identity in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Comply with the Assessment & Proctoring Policy while completing any module, knowledge check / quiz or end of module test.

If a user breaches their obligations whilst using the services, we reserve the right to restrict the user's access with forfeit of course fees.

Each course the user is enrolled in is accessible for a 12 month period commencing from the date of enrolment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and course materials available on the Website, is the property of Radiation Training or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content found on the Website without express written permission from us.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for courses and assessments are to be made upfront. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds cannot be granted in all circumstances. Refer to the Refund Policy on our website prior to making your purchase to understand the applicable conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiation Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

7. Grievances and Appeals

All grievances about the learning platform, its services and courses can be submitted via the process outlined in the Grievance Policy. Appeals of results can be submitted via the process in the Appeals Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of the Website after the changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms.
