- Students must have their webcam on to allow photos of the student to be taken at random intervals.
- These images are compared to the photo taken during the enrolment process, with the system identifying, with a high degree of confidence, whether the person in the photos matches the enrolled student.
- Any non-compliant photos are flagged for review by the Course Administrator.
- The Course Administrator will review flagged images and, if necessary, contact the student for additional information. All communications and outcomes will be documented on the student's profile / module record.
- The Course Administrator has the authority to either accept or suspend the student’s progress based on the findings, as per Radiation Training’s Terms and Conditions accepted by the student during enrolment..
- At their discretion and if deemed appropriate under the circumstances, the Course Administrator can reset the module to allow the student to complete the full module and all its assessments again.
5. Appeal Process
Any student that is dissatisfied with a proctoring decision can submit an Appeal as per Radiation Training’s Appeal Policy.
